Arts Afrika Dance Troupe came to existence October 1st 2000 by a
very young and dynamic Nigerian artiste by name Monday Moses Okoi
Director/Choreographer Art Afrika Dance Troupe is a group with a drive for
excellence in performing art. Art Afrika dance troupe, since existence has been
using art as a tool of change in the society. As a group of adult in
membership, we explore and bring out the best in our members so as to enable
them fit into international standard in the world of performing art. As a group
promoting Afrikan Culture and Heritage, we have been involved in so many local
and international production.
The Group comprises of both Dance artiste
and Percussionist.
As a dance theatre troupe, we are
affiliated to the Dance Guild of Nigeria. Over the past, the group has been so
creative and focused in the world of performing art. Its the an adult dance
troupe with the sole aim of bringing back the art of the ads.
The troupe has performed within the
country, outside the country, states, corporate organizations and
telecommunication companies like Stanbic Bank, Promasidor, ETISALAT, AIRTEL
Nike Art Gallery, Small Word etc
All over Victoria Island, Arts Afrika
Dance Troupe had made names from neighbours due to the energytic dance display.
